Buildings we work on
Office buildings, warehouses and distribution centers, retail centers, metal shops, oilfield service facilities, churches, schools, and multi-building campuses. For facilities with flammable materials or special hazards, we coordinate closely with your safety and engineering staff and follow site-specific requirements.
Working with owners, managers, and contractors
We can review architectural drawings, coordinate with general contractors and roofers on new construction or re-roofing, and schedule installation to minimize disruption to your operations. If your insurer, lender, or architect requires third-party certification, we can help coordinate the inspection.
Design goals
Our goal is for systems to follow recognized industry standards such as NFPA 780. Each design accounts for the building's height, roof layout, construction type, and rooftop equipment.

Can lightning protection be installed on an occupied building?
Yes. Most work happens on the roof and exterior. We'll coordinate scheduling and access with your facility team.
Can you work with our roofer during a re-roof?
Yes. Coordinating with a roof replacement allows the system to be removed and reinstalled, or installed new, with minimal extra roof work.
Do you help with certification requirements?
We can help coordinate third-party inspections when certification is required by an insurer, owner, or architect.
Do you work on metal buildings?
Yes. Metal buildings still need proper bonding and grounding so lightning current has a controlled path to earth.
